About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the planning, development, and successful delivery of features within our product roadmap. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for defining user stories, managing backlogs, and ensuring the product meets the needs of users and stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business teams to translate high-level product strategy into actionable tasks. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize product and feature requests based on business value and user needs.

  • Define and refine product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and prioritization.

  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Plan and lead sprints in coordination with development teams.

  • Set and communicate sprint goals, track progress, and resolve production issues.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan product releases and upgrades.

  • Conduct acceptance testing and validate deliverables against user expectations.

  • Continuously refine Agile practices based on feedback and outcomes.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and user feedback to guide product improvements.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure the final product aligns with user needs and company goals.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product development.

  • Hands-on experience with all phases of the product lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Solid technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
