About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, APIs, and data models powering our platform. This role requires solid experience in backend development and a passion for scalable, high-performance systems.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain backend components, APIs, and microservices
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to translate requirements into scalable backend solutions
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of backend systems
Troubleshoot and debug backend issues
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and industry trends
Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a Backend Developer (5+ years preferred)
Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with API design and RESTful services
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of security, authentication, and authorization best practices
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in Agile environments
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
